Wonderfully professional from start to finish. The staff in the shop are really friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very patient. The fitting staff were equally amazing! All in all, a wonderful service and we’ll definitely be popping in when we do further rooms.

Gary came and measured the carpets and arrived on time and brought samples for me to choose. The carpet arrived on time on the date I needed and was brilliant. Informative without any pressure

Great range of beds to choose from and well laid out showroom. We were given information about the beds but never felt under pressure to buy. We didn’t go with a view to purchase that day but we’re really impressed with the sales service we felt confident to go ahead.

Definitely recommend this business. Looked to have a large range of carpets too which is worth noting for the future.

From start to finish excellent service

The house was measured top to bottom, I was shown how the carpet was going to be cut, maximising to minimise wastage. Given a price, there and then, carpets fitted 2 weeks later. I had already chosen which carpet in the shop, being given advice to suit my situation. After the carpet had been laid, it was hoovered and all rubbish taken away.

What more can I say, big thank you to Bradfords carpets. 5 stars

After reading many 5* reviews we decided to go with Bradfords Carpets and so glad we did. We have a very old home with wobbly stone plinths, so needed advice on which type of carpet would be suitable and crucially, expertise fitting, which we had. Fantastic company and brilliant fitters

The shop sales person was very welcoming as I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. The measurements guy had good advice and answers to my questions. The fitters were very friendly and even removed the cupboard doors as they wouldn’t open had they been left, they also moved the big furniture for me so I didn’t need to move that. Final product is excellent and fitted to a very good standard! Thank you.
