The service from ordering to delivering was second to none

From visiting the store to receiving my lovely new bed. The service from ordering to delivering was second to none. Thank you,

Fantastic company and brilliant fitters

The shop sales person was very welcoming as I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. The measurements guy had good advice and answers to my questions. The fitters were very friendly and even removed the cupboard doors as they wouldn’t open had they been left, they also moved the big furniture for me so I didn’t need to move that. Final product is excellent and fitted to a very good standard! Thank you.

Very good quality, excellent workmen

I am very pleased with the outcome. Very good quality, excellent workmen – very polite and industrious – a pleasure to have in the house. Thank you.

Very clean and professional workmanship

First classes service. Job done in two day from order . Very clean and professional workmanship. I would definitely used them again

Superb experience from advice and selection in the showroom

As ever with Bradfords, unparalleled service. Superb experience from advice and selection in the showroom though to measuring up, fitting and settling the invoice. A lovely, friendly local business worth supporting. We’ll be back for our downstairs carpets! Many thanks.

Very helpful in the shop when I went in to choose my landing and stair carpet

All good. Very helpful in the shop when I went in to choose my landing and stair carpet. Carpet fitters arrived on time and did a good job. Thank you.

Absolutely excellent and outstanding customer service

Gary came and measured the carpets and arrived on time and brought samples for me to choose. The carpet arrived on time on the date I needed and was brilliant. He fitted the carpet perfected , hoovered and cleared away the packaging. I would recommend Bradfords to everyone. Fantastic! Thank you Annmarie

Everyone from start to finish was very friendly and professional

After reading many 5* reviews we decided to go with Bradfords Carpets and so glad we did. We have a very old home with wobbly stone plinths, so needed advice on which type of carpet would be suitable and crucially, expertise fitting, which we had. Everyone from start to finish was very friendly and professional. Will be using again, thank you.

A fantastic service provided by Bradfords

Great choice and quality. Fitters were excellent. Turned up on time and everything fitted to exceptional standard. Cleared up and left my house extremely tidy. Would definitely recommend Bradfords for both value and professionalism.

Successfully found the ideal mattress this morning at Bradfords

We are both isolating and were able to visit the store before opening time safely. We found it easy to choose the right replacement mattress for us, thanks to excellent service, and the flexibility of being the only customers in the shop. We are very grateful.

Wonderfully professional from start to finish

Wonderfully professional from start to finish. The staff in the shop are really friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very patient. The fitting staff were equally amazing! All in all, a wonderful service and we’ll definitely be popping in when we do further rooms.
