About the role

We are seeking a confident, outgoing individual with a personality that loves customer service to join our friendly team at Bradfords Carpets, Flooring & Beds in Evesham. As a Showroom Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their flooring and bed needs, driving sales and managing administrative tasks.

You will be the face of Bradfords, greeting and guiding customers into our showroom and ensuring they have a positive experience. You will also be responsible for helping customers to select the right carpets, flooring, and beds for their needs.

In addition, you will be responsible for processing sales transactions, handling customer payments, and maintaining the showroom and ensuring it is clean and organized.

Ultimately, your goal will be to exceed customer expectations and help them make the best possible decision for their homes.

Customer service and sales experience is required but not necessary in our industry as training will be provided.

What we are looking for

• You must be confident and outgoing with a warm and friendly personality.
• You must have a passion for customer service and enjoy helping others.
• You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• You must be a quick learner and be able to adapt to new situations.
• You must have a strong understanding of customer service and the desire to drive sales.
• You must be able to work a full-time hours, including Saturdays.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.
