Bradfords in Evesham opened its doors in 1986 and has always been a Tyler family-run business featuring Grandad, Dad, and Son Gary Tyler (since 1999). Thirty six years on and having fitted over a million square metres of carpets and delivered thousands of beds around Evesham, Pershore, Cotswolds and beyond, Bradfords are now recognised as the leading fitted carpet and comfy bed specialists in Vale of Evesham.

Gary has learnt so much from his Dad, Steven, Grand father Geoff and is extremely proud to become Director in 2018. During

the last few years Bradfords has grown the flooring ranges, and is known as the go-to carpet, flooring, and bed shop in Evesham,

highly recommended by the local community, builders, interior designers, architects, landlords and property investors.

Gary Said, “It is not only my team I’m extremely proud of but we are so lucky to work with so many nice customers from all walks of life. You learn so much about people in this job and it really is an honor to help so many people, with some of the big decisions in the home, flooring is a major one and so is your bed to ensure a good night’s sleep!”. Recently Gary has been voted in as Director of the Associated Carpet Group, this is due to Gary’s knowledge of modern technology and years of experience, and expertise in the carpet and flooring industry.

Gary balances business and family life by having a great team behind him. However, Gary knows, as many entrepreneurs know the importance of having the right team around him, like Ben, Store Manager, who has been with Bradfords since 2014. Ben is ensures a friendly welcome when visiting the showroom each and every time. The majority of our fitting/delivery team are employed ensuring a consistent complete five-star customer experience from the moment you walk through their doors until that flooring/ bed transformation is complete. That’s why Bradfords has gained a great reputation, received over 500 five star online reviews and repeat customers, thanks to the professional team of sales advisors, employed fitters and management at Bradfords.

In 2020 Bradfords was chosen to be the exclusive Retailer of Designer’s choice, Amtico Flooring, the highest quality of luxury

vinyl tiles available and made in the UK. During this period the shop was forced to close because of emergence of Covid-19

and Gary decided to use the opportunity to refurbish the showroom creating a slick, modern fresh look that has been very

With all the positive changes and Bradfords has achieved significant growth in the past five years and has recently re-located

their warehouse to within Squab Self Storage in Evesham, to help cope with demand, storage, stock, meaning more beds and

mattresses are available for same day/next day delivery. Gary says ‘The whole team at squab have been extremely helpful, their

approach to accommodate our requirements has been an instrumental cog in our success, further enhancing the operational side

of the business’.
